In Helmand on May 5, 2011.
Billy Raines the character that stands out in this image is a flight medical sergeant and he is carrying in a helicopter, especially, a 4 year old girl who has suffered third degree burns.
What is happening in the image?
What did he do after the picture?
The military man after the photo explains his feelings towards the rest of his team.
He felt "lucky" because he explained that this girl remembered her children, but instead they were in a house with her mother. Although he was very sad about the poor girl's conditions, this is where her face reveals her sadness
